    <directions>Don't trust the measurements, just experiment until ur happy with the mix of cheese n mash. Any cheese will do, so will any mash. I use instant mash, works great. Frozen is good too, just defrost it first. okay..

1: Butter however much bread you want
2: Defrost/make some mashed potato
3: Cut up or grate some cheese. 
4: Heat up the frying pan with some fat in
5: Add the mash to the pan first, and let it crisp up on the edges. turn it a lot, and add cheese bit by bit
6: Once you've got the mash nice and crispy lookin, with all the cheese melted into it, stick between the bread and enjoy!
